£95 per hour

Psychological Type assessment
The Psychological Type self-assessment programme is  based on a theory developed by Carl Jung in the 1920s, and developed by Myers and Briggs.  It describes how people prefer to behave and live through four pairs of preferences:
- outgoing/action oriented  v  reflective and contained
- fact/detail/present-oriented  v  big picture/future-oriented
- logical/analytical decision-makers  v  people/values-oriented decision-making
- scheduled/organised lifestyle  v  flexible/spontaneous lifestyle
(see articles and psychological type self-assessment for more detail)
Understanding your preferences can help enormously at work, for career planning, in relationships, families and parenting, understanding life stages, stress management, and many other aspects of life.
